There was a time, many years ago, when I appeared to be thriving and successful in my career and life. I was a senior manager in a global consulting firm, quickly climbing the ladder to the top.

But I began to realize that the rat race pace and demands of my career were keeping me in a state of stress and my life was out of balance.  I didn’t know what else I could be doing to earn this much money, nor what I would love.

Although there were ways that I felt satisfied in this left-brained work, I thirsted for something more meaningful but I felt STUCK.

I didn’t have time for much besides work, but in desperation I made time to pray for guidance.

My prayers led me to mentors and tools that helped me discover more about myself and what I loved, like singing, creativity and the arts, and more.

Yet I still didn’t know how to step off that treadmill into my purpose and passions.  I felt hopeless, but I kept on even when I got really physically run down – until my body failed and bailed me out!  One evening, I went to an emergency room where I was diagnosed with acute leukemia.

I spent the better part of that year in hospitalized isolation, being infused with nuclear level chemo, blood, antibiotics and more needed to sustain my life!

There were some dark moments, but I found essential elements that enabled me to reach for the light.

And that’s how I found my purpose and passions – and a formula for how to live life fully alive. One of my passions is to guide others like you to discover yours.

I earned a Masters’ Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy, which focuses on the transformational power of creativity and imagination. With that added to my toolkit, I’ve guided people to feel more alive and connected with their purpose.

Now I’ve created a program with what I’ve learned for more people like you to simply design, manifest and live a purposeful, soulful and joyful life, and in doing so, shine your light in your life and the world!
